Reviews and Ratings
When I stayed at the hotel, I found that the rooms were pretty noisy all night, and it was very cold when I first arrived; I had to wait for hours for it to warm up. However, the room was more comfortable than a regular one and definitely cozy once it warmed up.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a splendid view of the old town and were very clean and spacious, providing enough space for everything. On the downside, some areas were not as clean, specifically rooms 101-104. The service was excellent overall, with knowledgeable staff quick to assist, but there were moments of impatience, like when the cleaning lady had to wait with the vacuum. The location was perfect, offering a short walking distance to all significant sights in the Old Town and Rotermann Quarter, with nice sport facilities nearby, although the presence of too many people and a faulty coffee machine was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options available, especially in the morning, catering even to kids. The facilities were good, with options like dry cleaning, laundry, welcome drinks, and pet amenities, but one negative note was the common area of the waterpark being overcrowded at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The dining experience was decent, and the location was convenient, though noise in the early morning was a drawback. Overall, good value for money.
The hotel offers a soothing view over the park and clean, comfortable space, making it worth the extra cost. However, cleanliness issues were a letdown during our stay, with unpleasant surprises discovered hours later in the room.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with nice bathrobes, but the economy room was a bit small for two people, and changing rooms due to noise from the water park pumps was inconvenient. The service was helpful when we needed it, but a bit rude at times, lacking customer service skills. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town of Tallinn, just a short walk away from nice restaurants. The dining experience had a sufficient choice, and the complimentary champagne on New Year's Day was a nice touch. However, some aspects of the facilities needed improvement.
The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the Old Town of Tallinn and convenient for reaching nearby attractions. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, although cleanliness could be improved. The service was a mix of helpfulness and minor oversights, while the dining options offered a good selection but some dishes fell short. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Tallinn.
The hotel is ideally located in the vibrant Tallinn old town, just a short walk from the port. While the noisy water park pumps and room cleanliness were disappointing, the poolside rooms offer easy access to the swimming pool.
