Kalev Spa Hotel & Waterpark, Tallinn

When I stayed at the hotel, I found that the rooms were pretty noisy all night, and it was very cold when I first arrived; I had to wait for hours for it to warm up. However, the room was more comfortable than a regular one and definitely cozy once it warmed up.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a splendid view of the old town and were very clean and spacious, providing enough space for everything. On the downside, some areas were not as clean, specifically rooms 101-104. The service was excellent overall, with knowledgeable staff quick to assist, but there were moments of impatience, like when the cleaning lady had to wait with the vacuum. The location was perfect, offering a short walking distance to all significant sights in the Old Town and Rotermann Quarter, with nice sport facilities nearby, although the presence of too many people and a faulty coffee machine was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options available, especially in the morning, catering even to kids. The facilities were good, with options like dry cleaning, laundry, welcome drinks, and pet amenities, but one negative note was the common area of the waterpark being overcrowded at times.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The dining experience was decent, and the location was convenient, though noise in the early morning was a drawback. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel offers a soothing view over the park and clean, comfortable space, making it worth the extra cost. However, cleanliness issues were a letdown during our stay, with unpleasant surprises discovered hours later in the room.
